A. RUSSELL GERBER
I have been a practicing potter for the last 20 years. I throw white stoneware clay on an electric wheel. For raku, I create original artistic designs and patterns. I then fire pieces in a raku kiln, using traditional raku firing techniques, such as smoke in a reduction chamber. Wood fired pieces are fired in an anagama kiln. I plan to continue to create works of art for the foreseeable future.
